Danielle has been working in the real estate industry for over 17 years. Her area of expertise is Residential Property Management & Trust Accounting however she has also worked in Commercial Property Management & as a Sales Administrator.  

Joining Realmark in 2023 Danielle is responsible for the overall management of our Residential Portfolio that covers Port Hedland, Newman & Tom Price.

Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate.

He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients.

As a Realmark Sales and Leasing Associate, Fletcher has built a strong network of professional relationships with many notable clients such as Woolworths, Firmus Hesperia, QUBE and DevWest.

He enjoys designing new concepts and strategic tenancy mixes that compliment their community and each other. Since 1993, he has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry, following in the footsteps of his family who have been in the business since 1973.In 2018, he joined Realmark Commercial after owning and running Giles Jones First National Real Estate.

This move allowed his to focus solely on Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, a passion of hiss. Brett Philp is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the industry from residential and industrial sales to commercial and residential leasing. Honed in the extremely competitive Gold Coast real estate market, taught Brett to think outside the box, to arrive at successful conclusions to negotiations.
