Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate.

He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients.
