Ian entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force.  Core values of professionalism, work ethic, honesty and integrity that were a part of his life from when he started his military career at age 16 have naturally transitioned into his highly successful career in real estate. Ian’s skill set is in residential real estate marketing, sales and negotiation.

Danielle has been working in the real estate industry for over 17 years. Her area of expertise is Residential Property Management & Trust Accounting however she has also worked in Commercial Property Management & as a Sales Administrator.  

Joining Realmark in 2023 Danielle is responsible for the overall management of our Residential Portfolio that covers Port Hedland, Newman & Tom Price. 

Danielle enjoys the challenges & rewards of being a Property Manager and provides all her clients with high-quality service with a focus on attention to detail & communication. She aims high and provides exceptional customer care to all her clients.

In her spare time Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and holidaying in parts of Western Australia.

As an esteemed Business Development Manager, having moved from the outskirts of Belfast in 2004 Colleen now lives along the coast and has long specialised in the Northern and Coastal Suburbs, and has a long association with the Realmark brand.

Working with locals in the community, she enjoys putting her clients minds at ease while having the privilege of appreciating the beautiful coastline every day.

Andrea is a dedicated professional in the property management sector, recently joining the Property Management Team at Realmark Mandurah. Her journey began in 1997 when she relocated from the UK to New Zealand, where she honed her skills in banking, managing a diverse portfolio of clients alongside a Business Manager. In 2007, she made the move to Perth, continuing her banking career before deciding to embark on a new path in real estate.

In 2012, Andrea took her first steps into the real estate industry assisting clients as a Sales Representative. Her passion for property management emerged when she relocated to Mandurah in 2017, leading her to transition fully into this field. Andrea thrives in her role, ensuring that her clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service, diligently monitoring tenant responsibilities and promptly addressing maintenance issues.

Her expertise and dedication were recognized during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she received an award for achieving the lowest rent arrears across all of Western Australia for her agency.

Living in Mandurah, Andrea enjoys the vibrant, holiday-like atmosphere that the area offers. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in walking her pet dog, Beau, exploring her culinary skills, renovating her home, and unwinding during trips to Bali. Julie Fairclough is a dedicated real estate agent and the Director/Licensee at Realmark Dunsborough, where she has been instrumental in helping people successfully buy and sell property in the South West of Western Australia for 20 years. Her deep love for the region is evident in her enthusiasm for its stunning natural beauty, which she feels privileged to enjoy every day.  

Specialising in the areas of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Eagle Bay, Julie is committed to helping her clients achieve their desired results.
