What my owner says about me and the area
-The bedrooms are very large so suit a family well.
-The garden is very low maintenance and well established.
-The bushland over the road is a great outlook from the master bedroom.
-The new train station opens in September and is close enough to walk but not too close so you wont hear it.
-New shops have opened up down the road for example masters hardware which is very useful.
-The Brighton estate has a nice community feeling.
-There are plenty of schools to choose from including one at the end of our street.
-There are plenty of parks and playgrounds scattered through the estate
-The beach is over the road with a fish cafe at the beach and a lovely park and playground that has live entertainment on weekends throughout summer and allows BYO.
-We have had plenty of sunset dinners looking out to the ocean with a drink or two.
- The main park on Kingsbridge is huge and has lakes and Ducks and bbq facilities.
-There is no shortage of food outlets with local Chinese, fish and chips, pizza, Nandos Subway, Harry and the Boys, Pasta Cup and Hungry Jacks.
-Cafe DeCarlo is in the main shopping district and is BYO, good value and does great coffee. The service at DeCarlo is always first rate.
- The local tavern is the Cornerstone Ale house and does a good meal.
-The shops over the road have a large bulk billing doctor's surgery and pharmacy.
-There are 2 gyms of which one is walking distance, choice of hairdressers, bank branches and a nail bar.
-The bus goes down the street behind us so public transport is very easy from our house.
