Fletcher commenced his real estate career in valuations at a government agency and then transitioned to a Research Analyst role in commercial real estate.

He later worked at a well renowned international property firm in the Retail Investments team, where he was involved in negotiating and executing sales and leases for his clients.

He enjoys designing new concepts and strategic tenancy mixes that compliment their community and each other.
