Krystal holds a degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading (UK) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She began her career in retail management and valuation before progressing to senior asset management roles within leading property organisations.
As Senior Asset Manager at a FTSE 250 Real Estate Investment Trust, Krystal was responsible for managing the strategic direction of the Covent Garden portfolio, one of London's most iconic retail and mixed-use precincts. Later, she joined Lidl GB as Asset Manager for London, overseeing property strategy and portfolio optimisation across the capital.
Krystal’s approach to asset management is commercial and customer-focused, with a passion for unlocking value in retail and mixed-use assets through proactive management. Now based in Australia, Krystal is committed to getting familiar with the local market and gaining exposure to a diverse mixed-use portfolio.
